The center of ICTS developpement made emerge the virtual learning platforms in several educational systems. Because of complexity and stakes impact, La Caisse des Dépôts commissioned a benchmark with United Kingdom, Denmark and Spain from European Schoolnet, network of 31 Ministries Innovation and ICTS in Education.
